1) Accounts and Access

• Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

2) Use of Services

• No unlawful use, reverse engineering (except where legally permitted), scraping, bulk downloading, or unauthorized sharing of licensed content.
• We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes.

3) Payments

• Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes such as GST may apply.
• Payments are handled by trusted gateway providers. We do not store full card details.

4) Intellectual Property

• Content, code, logos, and materials are owned by LiveCoder or licensors.
• A limited, non-transferable license is granted as per the purchased product terms.

5) User Content

• You retain rights to your uploaded content.
• You grant LiveCoder a limited license to host, process, and display content for service delivery.
• You must have required permissions for uploaded content.

6) Warranties and Disclaimers

• Services are provided as is and as available.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

7) Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveCoder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8) Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for breaches or unlawful activity. You may discontinue service use at any time.

9) Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction applies to courts in the relevant local venue.

10) Changes

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
